The Chamber

An advocate for every business that calls Enterprise home.

Our mission is simple: promote the growth of business, industry and community. In practice that means referrals that send customers your way, a calendar full of chances to meet the right people, a voice at city hall and in Montgomery, and a team that picks up the phone when you need help.

Enterprise built a monument to the pest that forced it to diversify. That instinct, to turn a setback into the next opportunity, still defines how this city does business. The Chamber exists to make sure no one does it alone.

What membership delivers

Four ways the Chamber moves your business forward.

The four tiles in our logo are not decoration. They are the economy of Enterprise: commerce, Army Aviation, a downtown with a story, and the land that feeds the region. Membership connects you to all of it.

Enterprise, Alabama

The City of Progress earned its name.

In 1919 Enterprise unveiled the world's only monument to an agricultural pest. The boll weevil had wiped out the cotton crop, so farmers planted peanuts and prospered. More than a century later the lesson still holds: this is a town that adapts, invests and grows.

Today Enterprise is home to roughly 30,000 residents, Enterprise State Community College, a thriving historic downtown, and a front-door relationship with Fort Novosel, the home of Army Aviation. It is a place where small businesses, military families and multi-generation farms share a Main Street.
