What the program is
Leadership Coffee County connects participants to the people, places and issues shaping Coffee County through immersive, hands-on learning: facility tours, panel discussions with decision-makers, and interactive presentations. Over nine months, a class of leaders from across the county's employers builds the kind of understanding, and the kind of relationships, you cannot get from a desk.
Who it's for
Emerging and established leaders nominated by a Chamber member business in good standing. Each member business may nominate one applicant per class. An employer endorsement is required unless the applicant is self-employed. Selection is competitive and based on leadership potential, integrity and commitment to the community.
What's expected
